History
The historic Cannon Club was built in 1840 and was originally an ammunition laboratory until the early 1900’s. Covered piazzas on its east and west sides provided shelter from the weather and were used as staging areas for incoming and outgoing products. In the 1930’s, it became an officer’s recreation hall and was transformed into a community club in the 1980's.

Facility Description
The Cannon Community Club is a full banquet facility and can be utilized for every type of event to include working luncheons with the availability of video and audio components, formal affairs such as military Change of Command and promotion ceremonies, weddings, showers, happy hours and fundraising events. The Cannon Community Club offers a full service bar. The Cannon Club also has a beautiful outside setting with covered pavilion and outdoor charcoal grill.
